Well the local (120km away) LR dealer eventually came back with a price for just the glass - $950 + tax!.
By the time LR had responded, I had already contacted my local Speedy Glass in town and booked the vehicle in. Their price for the glass to be installed was $680 and my insurance covers all but $250. I'm happy as I now have a new window :-)
