So I tracked down the type of wheels/rims that I have on my LR3- they are RockStar XD rims and they have a zero offset. From what I gather, the LR stock offsets are 35mm - 45mm. So yes, it appears that they do protrude a bit. I will have to perhaps go to a tire place and ask about the effects of it-

I think the stock are close to +43 so zero is a big change, just did a google and see they are also available here and all are zero offset.
