My grey truck had bad uppers before mods so far so good since I replaced them.

White truck has had one go bad recently. It was lifted for a bit but it's back to stock as my wife did not appreciate climbing in

Do they fail suddenly or do the bushings wear out?

Wear out over time. I noticed the white LR3 was starting to go about 6 months ago

Default Sorry about the weather...

...but you say they "wear out over time." What are the symptoms?

Any moving part with rubber bushes will wear eventually more so it you go off road. Unusual tyre wear, strange handling like under/over steering and clunking at the worst case.

All the above but when both are bad I would describe it almost like rear steer

Default Let me clarify

In the front, the bushings wearing will lead to a "clunk" which we are all familiar with. Is there any tells, like that, for the rear?

Clunking, just like the front. You can grab the tire at the top and rock it back and forth when it’s bad as well

Detailed the interior today. Looks so much better. Also fixed the broken drivers side A pillar trim clips
