replaced my navigation DVD with one off fleabay and now my nav works all the time. I did turn off the voice prompts, as my wife is from the UK and I don't need 2 British wimmins telling me where to go.

Instead of hitting the stores for Black Friday, I hit the trails.

Default Where's the snow?

The jpg below was taken a couple of years back but it could have been here this week.

Re this week, I just put new wishbones under the front to resolve a chattering concern; a new front block valve just as preventative maintenance as the bumper cap had to come off to replace the squirter tank - cracked seam; also new front mud flaps as same had to come off to remove the bumper cap.

Note my treasured 18" rims; I run the skinny 235/65R18 Pirelli Scorpion's Ice & Snow - snow and ice are different than sand.

I also noticed your gasoline price on the sign in one of the pictures above - if only. Up here, we run about five dollars a gallon for premium unleaded.

Diagnosed a dead starter a few days ago. Got the new starter today. Tomorrow I go into battle.... Probably do the oil change while I'm in there

Well it wasn't "today" but we finally have enough snow to test the new wellies we put on Winston, Hankook RW11 Winter ipikes, and can recommend them for LR3 owners looking for an excellent winter tire in a 19" rim. They stick to ice like a Velcro cat.

I had a headlight burn out so I decided I was feeling froggy so I ordered a LED headlight kit for it. So it came in today and apparently the other LR3 lost a headlight as it was feeling left out. So someone got a LED upgrade but it sure wasn't me.....
