i have a 2006 Lr3 Hse and as i was attempting to change out my cracked windshield wiper fluid tank, i saw this part. It looks like its just hanging there so i wanna make sure thats ok. I tried to Google it and was unsuccessful. Thanks to anyone who replies, im a beginner so any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Its a pick-up sensor for the tire pressure monitor system. Essential an antenna. Each tire has one. Mounted to the inside of the wheel well lining. In fact, that looks like a mount hole in the pic on the lining.
