Question Wheel Alignment, partially done?

Please bear with me, and maybe please explain any answers in the simplest terms (not a dummy, but not automotive-inclined).

Took my 2007 LR3 HSE in for 4 tires (mounting/balancing) and a wheel alignment to a chain tire place today. After waiting over 4 hours, was told that they could only partially align it, and if I wanted the rest, a special bolt (??) had to be changed out, meaning I'd have to take it to the stealership. However, counter lady assured me that it wasn't necessary, that it wouldn't affect my driving or the wear on my tire. This was after complaining about how bad it was to start with, which might be a valid complaint, because it had been awhile, plus we'd gone halfway across country last Oct, including really, really bad roads in OK and AK. Not that home GA is much better.

According to them, my 'before' was (in degrees):
  • Left front Camber = neg 1.9 [red], Caster = 4.8 [red], Toe = neg 0.31 [red]
  • Right front Camber = neg 2.2 [red], Caster = 4.7 [green], Toe = neg 0.33 [red]
  • Front Total Toe = neg 0.65 [red], Steer Ahead 0.01 [green]
  • Left rear Camber = neg 1.6 [red], Toe = neg 0.05 [red]
  • Right rear Camber = neg 1.6 [red], Toe = 0.20 [red]
  • Rear Total Toe = 0.16 [green], Thrust angle = neg 0.12 [green]

After:
  • Left front Camber = neg 1.9 [red], Caster = 4.8 [red], Toe = 0.07 [green]
  • Right front Camber = neg 2.2 [red], Caster = 4.7 [green], Toe = 0.13 [green]
  • Front Total Toe = 0.20 [green], Steer Ahead = neg 0.03 [green]
  • Left rear Camber = neg 1.6 [red], Toe = 0.13 [green]
  • Right rear Camber = neg 1.6 [red], Toe = 0.22 [red]
  • Rear Total Toe = 0.34 [green], Thrust angle = neg 0.05 [green]
TBH, I walked away after paying with a bad feeling about it, but not enough knowledge to dispute what she said.

Is this right? Or did I get taken?

Bless you, in advance, for any help you can give!

Default Could be...

...the cam washer or the bolt that fastens your lower control arms on. I'm not sure why they would have to replace it or what they saw. I'd take it to the dealer.....or....I've heard Firestone can not only do an alignment on the LR3 but they offer a lifetime alignment!

I hate the idea that I was cheated, so I will give them the chance to fix it, but thanks for the suggestion about Firestone. I may wind up there. Anything to avoid our dealership, who twice in a row fixed the wrong thing.

Do you understand what she meant about not worrying about it, or was that BS? I don't understand the numbers, but the red boxes are worrying me.

Default Not sure....

...could be that it was within spec but that bolt really needs replaced. I'd have had to have talked to her to really know...

They wanted yet another $200+, saying it was not part of the wheel alignment. Gave them a non-committal answer, got the lugs retorqued and the air put to 38/42 instead of 33, and left.

I pretty much lost the rest of my confidence when one mechanic said they wouldn't have the tools to unscrew/screw the bolt (looks like a normal bolt that I could use my ratchet on), and later said, despite the notification on the receipt to come back for retorquing after 25 miles that they only do that for aftermarket tires. I have Toyo OC H/T 265/60r18, which is definitely aftermarket on my LR3 that came with 19s, smh.

I just feel like I'd be throwing more money after bad at this point. I think I am going to talk to the local Firestone, bringing the paperwork from the other place with me, and see what they can do.

Thanks again

We took ours in to the Land Rover Dealership in White Plains cause I figured they knew best to do alignment. They told me they will do the best they could sort of like you a partial alignment because the bolts are rusted andd they are afraid they will break ? Anyway they didn't have the parts but could order them. So I instead got the parts list and bought them from Atlantic British.
I gave the parts to my regular mechanic to do with another job and he says he didn't do it cause the bolts are good and they unscrew easy I don't know what they are talking about..? You don't need it..
Oh brother..
