Thanks for the photos and details, bbyer. I have a service scheduled for rear breaks--I'll have them rotate the tires and request for me to look at the wheels when they're off.

 

I find when requesting something like that, if I say print off the pictures and show them to the service writer, that sometimes they take an interest in the concern and then pass it on to the workers who also take an interest.

You are effectively bringing them into the question and they may become interested in the answer as well.

Copy and save or paste, and print works for the most part with the jpg's off most forums.
