Default 2012 lr4 5.0 same leak after timing. Need some guidence

Long story short. I had a timing cover leak the front one behind the crank. That turned into a full blown timing job with new injectors. All complete all quiet runs great.
however I still have the same leak as when I started. From what seams around the cover. Bottom area. If I clean everything up and it idles no leak. But the min I go on a run it looks like a clean oil explosion happened right under the pulley area and drips onto my rack and down the engine.

I let it run the other day and then took it on another ride at 60-70 mph and came back and there was no leak. That was a hour of driving. But first start in mornings while it’s still warming up reveals a leak.
I did replace the crank seal with a OEM from AB. I did use the old cover and put a bead around it. The cover was also torqued to spec in the pattern. In the manual. Just trying to wrap my head around this leak.
could a old cover cause this much ruckus. I did order a new cover and waiting on it.
I did pray to the rover oil gods but online this time. I need to get this leak under control.
