liqui moly makes a line for land rover you can use them i belive they make good oil and keep your oil changes to 4-5k dont exceed that by much becuase your only going to ruin your engine and cause a bigger and more expensive problem i see it happen often oil chnages are late neglected and slug built up

 

Genuine filter from the main dealer here is $27, tried aftermarket and they leaked. Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W20 with the proper spec beats OEM quality for $20 per 5 quarts and provides a 500K mile warranty . Change every 5K miles.
