Default Adaptive Headlight question

Hoping someone may be able to help with Adaptive Headlight issue I have.

I purchased my 2015 LR4 North American from a salvage auction that had been in a front end collision but not bad enough to set the airbags off. Replacement hood, grill, lights and bumper and it was back in action.

When I called Jaguar Land Rover they could only tell me engine type and color and could not find out if it was fitted with adaptive headlights.

During the rebuild process with no headlights the Adaptive Headlight orange light was blinking on the dash. Because of this and its is a HSE Lux model so I assumed it had adaptive headlights.

I was hoping to buy the GAP tool and change the CCF configuration for Adaptive Headlights to off to eliminate the warning light and be able to buy the less expensive Xenon lights but non-adaptive.

That plan did not work out. I was able to find a left side Adaptive Headlight for a reasonable amount but the right side I purchased non-adaptive. When I tried to change the CCF file, to my regret, Adaptive Headlight option is already off. Now I have the warning light and the code for the right side only not reading Adaptive Headlight.

Seems Land Rover equipped all the 2015 LR4's HSE LUX with Adaptive Headlights and just turned them on in the CCF settings if that option was purchased.

Any ideas how I may by-pass the system without finding a right side headlight with Adaptive. The going rate for used headlights for this year is $750 for non-adaptive and $1,500-2,500 for Adaptive.

Thanks in advance for help

Did you browse ALL the CFF settings? There are sometimes multiple instances for the same item with just one instance actually working. Especially true if you had GAP enable all options. So if you stopped at the first instance of headlight type, maybe keep checking more menus.
