2015 LR4

I have got code C1A69-1C Front right height sensor supply - General Electrical failure - circuit voltage out of range.

I put in a brand new Land Rover sensor and this did not solve the problem. Using the GAP tool the old sensor and new sensor show no voltage in Live Data.

Any ideas where to look for.

broken, damaged, corroded wiring between sensor and ECU is where I would start

 

I learned something new. The air suspension from the front valve block and the front right sensor stop and plug into a separate wiring harness just behind the right headlight. Someone had unplugged this connection.

I am rebuilding a LR4 so there are some unknowns.

So I did not need to replace the front right sensor, however any day you get the air suspension working properly is a good day.
