Bluetooth Connectivity
The LR4 BT module really only used power and MOST with a cradle connection (if equip). Would be a lot easier to either disconnect the battery or locate the appropriate fuse for the BT module and pull it for a while. No need to actually go in and disconnect the module.

i can confirm battery disconnecting and/or removing the fuse does not fix this.
you need to disconnect and reconnect the wire on the upper left of the Bluetooth module.
off the top of my head, instructions to get to the module..
remove lower seatbelt mounting bolt
remove the weatherstripping at the rear door where it overlaps the panel
there are a few panel screw covers to pop off and remove the screws behind them.
need to remove the screws at the bottom of the panel, fastening at the floor. a little prying and the panel should come out.
this might help a little, specifically the 3rd picture down (bluetooth module not in the photo), and 5th picture.

BT audio and phone are of course separate channels. It could easily be a phone issue, try another phone just to be sure.
Your display would indicate that your module has never been paired, which I think yours is saying its not. If it has been paid then you wouldget the phone system pad, etc "phone not fitted" instead.
BT modules can go bad, FYI.

So I got into the Bluetooth module today. Disconnected both wires that run into it and reconnected. The bottom wire gave me a low battery fault and the top one didn’t do anything. I’m assuming the module has gone bad, correct? Is the MOST system something that ties into Bluetooth? If so, my GAP tool says that is not configured on the vehicle.
The BT module is literally a radio into the MOST. If the module was 100% dead then the MOST ring would fail too since its part of it. So the module must have some functionality yet. The BT radio could be toast. But if the GAP tool says its not configured, I assume you mean via the CFF, then its possible the module is "disabled" right now. If you configure the module ON then it may work.
Chiming in here as I’m running into the same issue. Sorry that this thread is old.
Have a 2011 LR4 that the bluetooth will not show up on my devices. Have un hooked the battery, which reset the entire info tainment system. Nothing. Have removed the fuses 64, 67, and 68 while running and while not running from another thread suggestion. Nothing. Have removed the panel to access the BT module and unplugged the upper left most plug which has fiber while the car was running and not running. Nothing.
Anyone resolve this? I assume the BT module is probably just dead. When I did remove the fiber connection, the buttons didn’t work temporarily which makes sense what @DakotaTravler was saying about the MOST ring would have been “broken”. Was hoping it would have cleared the BT connections, but still never pops up.
