Dear All,

I purchased an international Platinum warranty from JLR's appointed importers and distributors Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors of Saudi Arabia and shortly after my LR4's engine malfunctioned

Cut a long story short they finally agreed to replace engine bit they are not covering the consequential losses which are clearly covered under the warranty.

I need to raise the case to the UK JLR board to appropriate the correct attention to ameliorate the case without further delay as they have my car and not repairing it which is resulting in additional rental hire costs and stress for me.

Is there any one who can kindly provide me with the appropriate emails to escalate my case to the appropriate level?
