Default Lr4 2010

Hello just joined the forum to get some info. I am thinking about buying a 2010 LR4 w just under a 100k. The carfax shows brakes and thermostat just done. I don’t see anywhere that the suspension or timing belt has ever been done . Is that something that should concern me or is it a good thing? Lol. I was told those are the 2 biggest issues w the LR4. Is this true ? Any info would be greatly appreciated . Thank you for the time

I would have it inspected before you purchase. I purchased my 2010 with 84k miles two years ago and had it inspected. Come to find out it didn’t have an OEM air compressor, but a cheap Chinese compressor rigged up to “get it done”.

One thing to have checked in the water pump. This is related to the belt.
