The battery MUST be an AGM battery and FULLY charged before installation.
Moreover, as is commonly missed… there is no need to reset BMS. It recalibrates on its own given sufficient time/miles.

Just had the auxiliary battery replaced and the numbers on the heater/ac now span from 16 to 28 between LO and HI rather than 60 to 82 (or something similar). Has anyone else encountered this or have any suggestions on how to fix it?

yoiu should be able to change your vehicles temperature units in the vehicle settings-it looks like they are set to Centigrades and not freedom units.

Thank you Gnomadf! Have recently had alternator issues on another vehicle and am grateful that what I immediately likened to one of those weird symptoms is not a fault at all
