I recently had some brake sticking problems, so I went and bought a full set of Brembo rotors and Pagid pads, as well as two new rear calipers (I knew one of the rears was sticking, so I replaced both) and figured parking brake shoes wouldn't need to be renewed. I was awfully wrong, as my parking brake shoes were the only thing that needed replacement (I still replaced it all anyways). Truck had 76,000mi on it.

I did use my GAPIID tool to set the EPB to mount mode, it returned a status of "undefined." I also pulled my #8 fuse for the brakes. Afterwards I returned it to latch mode.
