Default Nissens vs Genuine vs Eurospares

It's been 6 days since my 2.5 year old radiator split its plastic. Main dealers said they're on global back order with NO eta, otherwise I'd gladly have spent the $550 for genuine with same day install, instead had to rent a loaner for $450 and have an aftermarket shipped overnight but sadly overnight turned into 4 days (ordered Tuesday morning for Wednesday delivery but didn't receive until Saturday).

Original failed after 5 years, small weeping at bottom, replaced with Eurospare equiv for only $150 2.5-years ago. Side by side appeared identical, down to finest detail and quality. Familiar with the brand and have used it for years with no problems ever. Sadly it split down the side. Based on this failure and positive posts on various threads and forums, I decided to order the Nissens version, which's quite a bit more expensive than Eurospare. Received, delayed, today and unboxed it. Having looked it over it appears to be of lesser quality than genuine or Eurospares. The plastic on the Nissen's shiny instead of matte and the hose connections don't have quite as pronounced flares on the ends and they lack the hose alignment and hose stops which're molded on the genuine and Eurospares.

Don't see what choice I've got at the moment since the Nissens arrived 3 days later than expected and unless I want to pay another $450 for for the loaner and wait several more days to receive another one I'm going to fit it today. I'll take photo comparisons for everyone to see.

Has anyone experience with Nissens and what thoughts have you?

I just installed a Nissens radiator in my 2014 LR4. I've only put a couple hundred miles on it, but it fit well and is working fine.

Managed to fit the Nissens and it works. Still unimpressed with the quality for the price. Also the mounting holes for the condenser and intercooler did not line up very well. If there's a next time, I'll either hope for the genuine to be available or go with Eurospare.

I didn't take all the pics I intended but here's one example of pipe flare differences. The genuine/Eurospare has the well defined flare to retain the hoses.
