Default P0496 Again. But Purge Valeve(s) are new

This is a 2014 HSE with the 3.0 SC engine.

After replacing the purge valve twice, and many weeks of testing connections (including smoke) and putting dielectric grease on all of the electrical connection, I got another rabbit hole to go down.

In the live values on the Gap Tool I got these readings

Item 1
Diagnostic module tank leakage pump current: .00250 Amps
Diagnostic module tank leakage reference current: 0.0171 amps

Seems the pump is drawing slightly more than expected.

Item 2
Diagnostic module tank leakage: 4.35 seconds
Diagnostic module tank leakage reference: 0 seconds

I think it is leaking, but is it the lines or the pump?

My question is should I continue to look at the lines, connectors or canister, or replace the pump since it is drawing more current than the reference?

It is most important that I solve this. It is not my daily driver. It is driven daily by my lovely bride.
She has been understanding about the light coming one every week or so, but now I am getting mad, as I have invested a lot of time and it it is still not fixed.

Any ideas?

Jeff

If it's leaking in lines you should be able to smell it. A little gas goes a long way.
