yes. We have the 8HP70. Uses lifeguard 8 from the factory, but their are other alternatives. I personally use motul. Personally, I dropped and replaced my pan at 70K. It's up to you if you want to wait until 100K, but I would not go past that mileage.
you can use the Atlantic British kit. The fluids are the same. Differences occur with the drain/fill plugs for the transfer car and drain plug for the front diff. This is VIN specific. A quick call to Atlantic British will get you the right part.

I did this yesterday at 39K. I got about 3.8L out and a little more back in - around 4L allowing for spillage of the wretched stuff. Having cleared the adaptions on the transmission it shifts noticeably more smoothly.
One point about the diff oil listed above, it seems on AB's site to be for the 5.0L vehicle, rather than the later 3.0l.
