Worn Brake Pads

Worn Brake Pads
I replaced the front rotors, brake pads and sensor last May. I have a message and service light that says "Break pads are worn". I made a decision to go ahead and replace the rotors and brake pads on the rear as I thought it would be a good idea to have all four wheels matching.
The message of "Break pads are worn and the service light are still on. Any ideas??

Thanks for the responses. I finally spent the better part of a day going through the brakes and ordered a new sensor for the rear. I installed the rear sensor and even had my neighbor come over to do a continuity test on the sensors. I had replaced the front sensor last year when I did the front brakes so I wasn't focused on it being that. The second my neighbor came over I noticed the front sensor was worn through, probably from rubbing on the wheel. I proceeded to replace the sensor with the old one from the rear as there was nothing wrong with it. Problem solved. Always helps to have a helping hand when all he did was drink my beers in celebration of the fix.
