Default Additional accessory socket

Anyone provided an extra accessory socket (like cigar lighter socket) to power multiple items (such as GPS and iPhone/iPad)? How did you do it? Seems like there's probably an easy mod or kit for this. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

I just have one of those 3 socket adapters. The male end plugs into the stock socket and the other end had 3 female sockets. Works great. Powers my GPS, cell phone charger, and sometimes a small inverter to charge my camera battery. My CB is wired to the battery itself and is always hot.

One member here, can't remember his username (badass green D2 with tent, ARB, etc). Anyways, he did a mod with an inverter beneath his seat coming into his transmission tunnel. Like everything else with his truck it looked good and seemed to perform well.

I was considering doing an inverter in the rear corner with plugs for camping/work uses.

Rear corner = trailer wire connector looking for something to do. Depends on inverter size.
