they made 3 doors everywhere else, never sold them in the US. 89-94 only I'm pretty sure.
There is one floating around instagram with a D2 rear grafted on the back and D2 front fenders/grill. Looks awesome.

i would like to graft on a second rear roof section and have 4 alpine windows up therebut then of corse my sd rack probly would not fit

Correct, we got them here. My mate has one with a 4.7LTR stroked 3.9 in it, oddly enough they use the same size front doors as a 4dr.
