Just finished rebuilding the driveshaft. I must say, I was surprised. Everything looked like new. I have 64k on my Disco and all three Ujoints and the cardon joint looked great. rebuilt it anyway.

Mine failed at 37,000 miles.
Did you replace the center ball?

Yes I did rebuild the center ball, it was clean and had fairly fresh looking grease in it.
