Hi I'm new to the forums! I'm here just to ask if anyone has ever done a defender tdv8 as I'm thinking of building one or of it is even possible!

I haven't seen one. I have seen mercedes, bmw, chevy, cummins, toyota isuzu and perkins but no Land Rover TDV8. I think it would be a interesting swap that or the TDV6 even.

If you have the skill and the time go for it and please post the progress
