Those look like some really good ideas. I also just picked up a set of Hella 1000's (thanks 03discoman!). Looks like she's getting all gussied up to go dancing soon!

Has anyone actually built their own bumper/rack/ ect? I'd like to get some advice on it. I know people do, and I'd like to hear any big hurtles or any easy short cuts...
