Performance Chip Via a OBD-II Dongle?
Anyone have any experience with these?

Im skeptical that an OBD-II Dongle can dynamically reprogram an ECU on the fly and deprogram it to stock on removal, especially as it claims up to 60BHP increase and 5mpg improvement.
Anyone used one ever?
