Default spring changes......thoughts please ?

Hi All,
I have a 2000 Defender 90 with Britpart +20mm lift shockers and springs. The springs are "progressive" so ive been told ????
I do a lot of work up and down gravcel tracks that have pot holes and at the moment i'm about to loose my spleen !!!! even if go over a *** packet it Jarrs !
I'd love a more comfy ride......any thoughts???? Please !

Few if any of us have a Defender and most likely no one uses that lift set up, which we could help.

I've got one. ;-) Actually it's so old it's just called "Ninety"

But you are right. Defendersource.com is a good place for NAS defenders and really old defenders. New defenders I'd look for a forum in the UK or Australia.
