Default suspension installation

I am about to order the OME 751/762 & HD springs for my 01 D2. I have been searching thru the forum and found a lot of dead links for any tutorials for spring replacement. Does anyone know if a link that still works?

Basically I think the only specialty tool needed is a spring comressor, correct?

Mark

Mark, will you be running a front bumper and winch, if not, the 751 will cause the front end to be higher then the rear. If no bumper I would suggest a 779 front coil.
I can walk you thru the installation, check out the LRRF site for a good price.

OK. I will look into the 779's instead. I did have plans to eventually install a winch bumper, but don't have the cash for that modification right now since I also need tires, water pump, hoses, O2 sensors, etc....that I will be doing at the same time as the suspension. Thanks Mike.

If you are going for a bumper, go for the 751's and just sit a little taller till the rest of your work is done, save having to changes the coils again later.
