I plan to install 275/55 R20 Yokokama Geolandar A/T G015 tires in about a month along with the 1.5 inch Johnson Rod lift even though I could probably get by without the lift rods. I'll post some pictures when I do.
I think the lift will help it look better and give you more ground clearance which is always good.
the 275-55-20 seems to be a favorite with the 1.5 inch Johnson Rod lift. Discovery 5 lift kit
I got my new 275/55 R20 Yokokama Geolandar A/T G015 tires installed and then I installed the 1.5 inch Johnson Rod Lift Kit. It took longer to jack up and remove the wheel than it did to swap out the rod at each corner. Took about a minute each. I used a golf divot tool to pry the old rods off their posts after spraying with lubricant. I'll post some pictures after I get it washed. We keep getting snow here in Colorado.
