How do you program for the larger diameter tires and the vehicle programs that rely on an accurate diameter (speedometer, odometer, ABS, transmission)?

I didn't. It's less than a 4-4.5% difference which is around 2.4-2.7 mph @ 60mph. Have had no issues with abs in wet or snow.

For previous version to the D5, there are tools out there that can fix this. I bought the Gap Diagnostics tool, but it's not able to make those adjustments yet for the D5.

Are you sure your Redbourne wheels are 20" x 10"? The website shows only 20" x 9.5" (as are mine) which are the perfect size for my 285/50-20 Nitto Terra Grappler G2s (no lift and no clearance problems).
