That should work! I actually have the LR037745 model # wheel. Just a different designed wheel. kj

Default Recon Grapplers

Installed the 275/55/20 Recon Grapplers on a 110 without air suspension. No problems whatsoever at full lock. I hear little to no difference vs the Pirellis from the factory. I think the look is night and day - well worth the money.

So, how are these Recons treating you after 6 months? We are ready for new shoes. I am leaning Falken Wildpeaks or Nitto Nomads that are both fairly mellow ATRs available now in the standard 255 size [Falkens are V rated ] or the Conti TerrainContacts in the 275 size which will all work but would like to have just a bit more tread for the bogs here at the farm and trails up at 9000 ft in CO. Just don't want to go overboard with it with all the H/W miles in between. We went through a set of Yoko G051s that worked fine [I would buy 'em again] except for the last 5K or so when they got REALLY noisy. A lot of tires do that toward the end though.

Would like to try something new.

Thanks

I used to run Discount Tire's own brand called Pathfinder many years ago on my 4Runner. I doubt they are still called Pathfinder and I know they are made by a different manufacturer now, but they might be worth considering if they have the right size available.
I ran a couple sets of Nitto Terra Grapplers on my LR3 and really liked them before that tire changed to a new design. I really didn't care for the new design and then I sold my LR3 and bought the D5.
I am running the Yoko G051's and they seem to be running smoothly, staying in balance, staying quiet so far. They are fine in the snow and trail. It wouldn't surprise me if they get noisy when they get worn down. But I don't run them down to 2/32nds especially now that Colorado requires 4/32nds in the winter or you can be fined. Pretty crazy you can be fined for a tire that's still got a lot of tread but you can drive around with license plates that expired a couple years ago.

I’ve got about 4,000 miles on them now. They have seen very little dirt, so I can’t comment on how they perform off-road. I can however say that as a regular street tire, I am very pleased. Love the look, and no noise whatsoever. They also handle well in all conditions. I would definitely buy again.

Bumping this thread. I'm curious if anyone put on some Nitto Recon Grappler A/T 275/55/20 on a non-lifted Discovery 5 and if so how its going?
