Default Custom built rock sliders

Planning on offroading my disco this summer and worried about scraping on rocks and rock sliders seem pretty pricey so I want to go with the route on custom building them. Has anybody done this before and what does it look like underneath to mount the sliders?

There is a lot going on under there that needs to be accounted for to make the sliders. Getting it done is something you can do but it will definitely take a lot of hard graft to get it right.

Lucky 8 version 6 bolts

There is a debris shield on both sides. I left the shield's off because these protect everything very well. You can check my build out. https://landroverforums.com/forum/ne...se-lux-100045/
