Question Determining Bolt Sizes

I am tring to install Lucky8 Front Grill light mounts, no instructions which is frustrating; but I have determined how they go, but it requires replacing two bolts that mount the Horns etc. I cannot determine the size and Thread for these bolts. They seem close to a 6mm - 1.0 but they are much more course then 1.0.

Anyone know what the standard bolt for these areas would be?

Right side call out from the manual

Yes Did this, but it's either like an M6 coarse thread which is not really possible it would be like an M6-2.0, or it's "very close" to a 1/4-20. So I am starting with 1/4-20.

Comically went all the way to LR dealer, the mechanic said it's #18. Which does nothing for telling me the thread size and count.
