Thanks for that! The parts diagram shows a LH and a RH drain so I assume there's another on the battery side where I initially started looking. Where you show on the LH side is a bit further forward than I initially started looking on the RH. This should help a lot!

YES, when we get heavy rain, the water used to come all the way to the front. That is how I found out I have a leak.

When we get heavy rain or a tropical storm water would accumulate unnoticed under the 3rd row seats. Once I start driving, water would move to the 2nd row seats footwell, then to the front.

Thanks for coming back to me and confirming, I'm going to check under the 3rd-row seats tomorrow. Did you replace both sides or is there only one side to check and fix?

Quite unbelievable isn't it for a £65k product and Land Rover doesn't give a damn from the comments I've seen on most forums.

Hi Mark,

I traced the source of the leak to only one side. The other side was not leaking, so I did not touch it.

Land Rover SUCKS!
