Hey guys, Had my disc 5 around a year (2017 model)

Had a couple of issues but today had a crunching sound in the door card and now the window wont go up / down. Luckily ive got it up and taped for now.

I've found a few videos on changing the regulator but my question is do i need the special 501-114 DOOR GLASS RELEASE LEVER, or is there a way to do it without? Also the best place to buy a replacment regulator kit? Assuming ebay kits arent great?

I did mine it's pretty easy. Ordered the land Rover unit.

 

Oh I don't know what the lever is but I did it with no special tools
