Recently my InControl Touch Pro screen went blank - no power or feedback in any way.
I poked around the interwebs and found that there was a related TSB: https://www.tsbsearch.com/Land-Rover/SSM74130
I had to bring the rover in for a NOX sensor warranty repair anyway, so i figured I'd ask about the infotainment system as well (I sure didn't want to pay the ~$2500 for a full replacement)!
The folks at the Land Rover (Albany NY) dealership covered the full replacement under warranty ($0). No diagnostics fees were charged since it was warranty covered. The cause of the infotainment system failure was due to a leaky windshield that caused the infotainment system to short out due to water damage under front passenger seat. Unfortunately the TSB for the windshield (https://www.tsbsearch.com/Land-Rover/N221NAS2) had already been taken advantage of by the previous owner - but there were still leaks!
After it was all said and done, I had new NOX sensors and a new InControl Touch Pro infotainment controller at no cost to me. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. And as a kicker, the new infotainment system supports Android Auto & Carplay 👍
I'm just documenting this here in case someone finds it useful or has water damage to their infotainment system.
