Hi all: 2019 Velar here (about 13k miles). About to hit the 4 year mark in March 2023. I reached out to my go to dealer about getting a 2 or 3 year extended warranty and was given the following quotes (New Jersey):

Option 1: +2-year CPO Warranty: $2600 + $410 inspection + changing anything needed to meet CPO specs (like tires).

Option 2: +2-year Manufacturer Warranty on the car (the document says Vehicle Service Agreement): $6,335

I did some searching on this and other forums, and it looks like the general number I see is $5k for 3 years (7years/100k miles). But I can't tell if this $5k is dealer/manufacturer warranty, CPO warranty, or a third party (limited coverage). Note that I'm attempting to get an extended warranty close to expiration of the original warranty.

This is the first time I'm dealing with extended warranties, so any guidance on pricing, companies, coverage, and/or timing would be appreciated!
