Hello,

New here with a HSE Lux. Just got back from the snow and got stuck after a storm. Tried a few times to get out using the various settings from snow to rock crawl. Few times it was trying to grab traction.

Afterwards the car is making a metallic metal scraping sound in the front when off the gas and coasting.

Any ideas or experice with this?
