Need help. Center storage (behind climate controls) won’t open

It is a common issue. Had it fixed at our last service and seems fine now.
It worked fine for a year and started to get sticky at time. We just pushed the open button and pulled n the volume **** to open.
They stated a realignment at the service and has been fine since. Not noticed any issues the last 2 months or so since.

I had the same problem and dealer said a service bulletin was found to fix it.

Yup ours is finicky too. Funny what women notice. My wife thinks that is about the coolest thing. She did not even know about it for about 6 mths.

She likes her cubby holes . . .

Anyway, we have never had it not open at all. Just sometimes needs some persuasion.

My wife loves this storage space, since it is so easy to get. She uses it for makeup and such, so a high priority when it got sticky 😂
