Don't forget that photo is the vehicle parked so the suspension drops down to access height. When you start it up, it will rise up higher

Question - what wheelset are you running (assuming 19s)? I installed the Stealth Hitch with the 20" wheels on my '17 HSE and the only way I can operate the hitch to engage/disengage is to let the spare tire down. Huge pain in the ***. I've got the trailer tow adaptor package in the garage but I seriously doubt the chain hook pieces are going to fit. The Stealth website is lame because they say it won't fit with a full size spare even though their install instructions clearly depict a full size spare...

No, I'm running 21" on my '18HSE and use it weekly with my bike rack. There was plenty of room with the donut spare, but I recently upgraded to a full 21" spare (I hated that empty space). => It's a very tight fit, but it works. All I did was to cut the tip of the lever so it can rotate freely:

Thanks for the update and the photo. May I ask what you used to cut off the steel handle with? I'm hoping the chain hook adaptors in the towing upgrade package will also fit without any need to modify the metal. TBH - I still contend that Stealth should have engineered this product for full size spares; who willingly rolls around their LR either towing or offroading in the mountains with a donut..

I totally agree - when I purchased the full spare, I didn't think about the hitch not fitting and was really relieved there was an easy fix. I used a little metal saw....
