Default USB iPhone connection issues

Anyone have issues sometimes where it just keeps disconnecting? Sometimes mine does, others it doesn’t. I kept buying new cables thinking that’s the issue but now not so sure.

I think it is a software issue, had similar issues in the past. After going to iOS 13 and 19 A or now C on the infotainment system it connects quicker and doesn’t drop. I just use the amazon basics lightning cables.

I don't connect with a cable, just the bluetooth. But I don't bother with carplay.

I use it for CarPlay always. I love using maps. Plus charging the phone

Your smartphone connects to your computer via a USB port. Although USB phone cables are sometimes included with your device, they are often not. If you want to join a smartphone to your computer without an included cable, then you'll need a USB tool charger. I had a lot of problems with this USB tool charger because it didn't work correctly. For me was a big headache when I was trying to import some data. Luckily I found this guide https://macpaw.com/how-to/delete-app-data-iphone. It helped me to overcome this problem.

I have never had an issue in the past but it seems like ever since 15.4, everytime I plug my iPhone 11 Pro into my car to play music through the stereo I get a message “this accessory is not supported”. Can anyone please help? Thanks
