The USB ports under the center arm rest don't work. Any clues, hints, tips or suggestions?
This forces CarPlay to perform worse than normal.

 

I had that problem when I was on the older infotainment SW. Since upgrading to the latest, I haven't had an issue with those ports.

 

How do I update?

 

If you have 19A (maybe 18D), you can check for an update under SW Update in the Settings menu (its the new over the air update).

If you are on a prior version of SW, you’ll have to take it to the dealer. You can see your version in that same place.

 

I was on 18D. Had to take mine to the dealer for a software update, which basically just enabled over the air updates. I was then able to search and find the update. Took a few days to download and install; now I'm on 19B.
