Had the same issue with my 97, did the same as you. Never quite figure out what the lean was from, but didnt compromise the performance

Hey working on the cruise control on my 96 disco. Replaced the vac pump but no go. Lines are good. Anyone know how difficult it is to change the stearing wheel switch. Maybe the brake pedal switch is bad?
any suggestions should be a great help. can i bench test the vac pump?
