hello
I just purchased my first land rover, its a 2001 disco II se7. I bought it on impulse, although I've always loved land rovers. I do have to admit that reading about all of the crazy problems people seem to have I'm a bit nervous. The truck has 60K on it and was certainly maintained well, but it seems as if I may be driving a ticking time bomb. I came across this sight becasue I was looking for some info on a problem I'm having with the locks (thread is in tech section). Part of me is glad to know that there are so many helpful people willing to share there knowledge, the other is scared that there are so many people who learned it the hard way.
