How goes it!? I am a proud new owner of a 1997 Land Rover Discovery 1. Currently living in Montana but moving to Texas in a few months... DRIVING... so im hoping the ol girl will hold up for me. It has 13x,xxx miles on it a few issues like surging but fixed that no problem. I am new to land rover (only ever owned a chevy or ford till now) so ive got a lot to learn but this forum has already helped out so much. Got a few tech questions but those wont go here (obviously)

Welcome. Please take advantage of the shop and owner manual download called the RAVE.

I have 220,000 on my 99 DII It still sounds good and runs good. Leaves a puddle here and there. If yours is in pretty good shape you should make it fine to TX.
Remember if it's a Land Rover it will mark it's territory from time to time.
