Ha ha, I can stick it to my old dealer now
I did some work on an LR3 for a used car guy at my new shop and someone suggested I open myself to working on land rovers since no one in the shop doesn't want to work on them. I can stick it to the same guys who screwed me. Sweet. Oh and by the way I left the LR dealer and work for some other guy. I used to work for the LR dealer in Albany, NY. Not anymore. Oh and Atlantic british is only twenty minutes away from me.
I am still here, just moved in a different shop, different apartment and my Rover got totalled a month ago when a 17 year old girl in a honda civic pulled out in front of me without looking. I knew if I braked I would have killed her. But swerved just enough to put the strut thru the motor and miss the cabin. Got a ford focus wagon so its a decent substitute. Plus the gas mileage doesnt hurt but I am getting another rover. No questions asked.
Needless to say my new place I work isn't into raping customers on parts. And its a dealer. I know because when I quoted for a price of coolant the PM called it rape.
