Hi All. Discovery 3 2010

Hi All.
I have a vibration when braking. I replaced the front discs today, and there is no change. I will replace the rear discs tomorrow, but I read that it could be the ABS sensors. Can they cause a vibration like this?

Welcome.

While you are under there check your lower control arm bushings. Also how is the alignment?
