Hi,

I picked up a nice 2008 LR3 last week & got it home. What a great vehicle. I live in Northern Wyoming & hopefully I will be able to test the 4x4 capability. The only drawback is that the closest authorized dealer is in Denver, 400 miles away! I've ridden in the diesel version of the Land Rover many times in Africa & have always wanted one.

Sounds like you better get your hands on a set of shop manuals. Lots of us with the 12 - 15 mpg would like one of those diesels as well....
