Hello all, today I turned one year old! I've had my 1999 Disco 2 for exactly one year today. So far it has been an adventure with it, and I appreciate what everyone does here for those of us willing to do our own work, but lacking all the neccesary knowledge. I joined yesterday and posted my first major problem. So far, I have had my tires changed ( first thing I've always done when I get a car, even though the 17 screws that were in all four tires this time around made it more important). I also removed my headliner, replaced my sunroofs ( both were leaking), replaced front door panels, front brakes and rotors, front shocks, repaired driver's side window frame, and had the ABS modulator changed. I still need to replace the steering wheel ( I hate the chafed/sunburned leather, and those nylon wheel covers even more, so I will get a steering wheel and swap it soon, front and back bumpers will get replaced, as well as the factory radio andspeakers. I think I'll be at this for a while. I look forward to helping /being helped. Talk to you soon!
