Currently im working on doing a traback project due to rust on the rear end and alos i wish to make it safer and better offroad.

Welcome, be sure you have a copy of the RAVE factory manual set (shop, body, electrical, owners). And just because it was parked doesn't mean you can wait on things like cooling flush, brake system flush, etc. Chemistry never sleeps....

Can't see if you have rear mud flaps, if not, they are a big help.

Good thinking on the Chemistry never sleeps, very true
Ive drained the cooling system before last cristmass as i am relocating the rad to the roll cage with duel electric fans,
I had a hunt a few weeks back and found the manuals.. wish i had em from day 1 tho lol.
It has no mudflaps what so ever! when i brought it they were missing, i had bad rust on the front arches, rear end and the sills, wich haS either been removed or are being worked on ATM.
